Ingredients

  • 1 lb - Chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 2 - medium sized Onions
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 - small piece of Ginger
  • 1 -stick of Cinnamon
  • 6 - Cloves
  • 1 pod - Cardamom (optional)
  • 2 - Bay Leaves (optional)
  • 1 tsp - paprika
  • 1/2 cup - yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - Brown sugar
  • 1 - bell pepper chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tbsp - ketchup
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Plain Microwave Chicken Curry:

    1. Chop onion, garlic and ginger root into small pieces.
    2. Mix all ingredients including the chicken in a large microwavable bowl and refrigerator for 1 hour.
    3. Microwave on high for 10 mins. Remove container from the microwave and stir well and then put it in again for another 20 mins till done.
    4. Serve hot.
