How to Make Plain Mixed Raita

  • Cut cucumber, capsicum, onion and tomato into small cubes.
  • Grate carrot and beet root.
  • Chop the cabbage finely.
  • Mix all the cut and grated vegetables. Add salt.
  • Remove extra water by light palm pressure.
  • Add all the masalas.
  • Beat the curd and put all the mixed vegetables with the masalas.
  • Chill and serve.
