Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - coarsely ground black pepper Corns
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 3 - green chillies-slit lengthwise
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Plain Murgh Kaali Mirch

  • Blend ginger garlic paste add salt, black pepper, and white pepper.
  • Marinate chicken in this paste for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in kadai and add the chicken pieces.
  • Stir fry for 10-15 mins.
  • Lower the heat and add the green chillies and water.
  • Simmer until chicken is tender.
  • Add lemon juice and serve hot.
