How to Make Plain Mutter paneer

  • Deep fry the paneer pieces till it is golden in colour and keep it aside.
  • Lightly heat oil in a heavy bottom vessel, saute onions and green chillies on a low flame till the onions are golden in colour.
  • Add the tomatoes, ginger and salt.
  • Cook on a low flame till the tomatoes are soft.
  • Add the powdered masalas and cook till the oil separates.
  • Remove it from the stove and blend the onion tomato mixture.
  • Add the green peas and saute on a low flame for 8-10 mins.
  • Add water and cook on a low flame till the peas are done.
  • Add the paneer pieces and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with steamed rice.
