Ingredients

  • Peaches - 400 gm, cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • Milk powder-2 cups.
  • Sugar-1/2 cup.
  • ghee -4 tbsp.
  • Nestle cream -150 gm.
  • A little kesar.
  • Cardamom - 2.
  • 1 inch piece - cinnamon.
  • 5 - almonds, sliced for garnishing.

How to Make Plain Peach Halwa

  • In a pan, mix milk powder, sugar, cinnamon and ghee and cook on a low heat for about 10 to 15 mins stirring constantly.
  • Then add cream, kesar and cardamom, then stir for a few mins.
  • Add the peaches, let it cook for another 10 mins on a low heat.
  • Garnish with the almond and serve.
