Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 5-6, boiled.
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Spices - optional.
  • How to Make Plain Potato Roti:

    1. Sift the flour and salt in a bowl.
    2. Now peel and mash the potatoes.
    3. Mix 3/4 portion of the potatoes with the flour mixture.
    4. Do not add water. Add more potatoes, if required, to make a pliable dough.
    5. Now take a small ball of the potato dough and roll it out.
    6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on the both sides.
    7. Serve hot with chutney.
