  • Potatoes - 5-6, boiled.
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Spices - optional.

How to Make Plain Potato Roti

  • Sift the flour and salt in a bowl.
  • Now peel and mash the potatoes.
  • Mix 3/4 portion of the potatoes with the flour mixture.
  • Do not add water. Add more potatoes, if required, to make a pliable dough.
  • Now take a small ball of the potato dough and roll it out.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on the both sides.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
