How to Make Plain Prawns Chilli Fry

  • Clean the prawns and cook it with salt, turmeric and a little water.
  • Once it is cooked, keep it aside.
  • In a thick kadai or non stick pan, heat a little oil and put diced onions, ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
  • Fry until the onions turn a little brown in colour.
  • Add garam masala, pepper powder and stir it.
  • Add capsicum, cooked prawns, soya sauce, stir together and keep it in a low flame until it becomes dry.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
