  • 1 cup Ragi Powder
  • 3/4 cup - Confectioners Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Elaichi powder

How to Make Plain Ragi Ladoo

  • Roast ragi for 6 - 7 minutes with 1 tsp of ghee.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Mix in sugar powder and elaichi.
  • Wait till cools, form mixture into lemon-sized balls
