Ingredients

  • 1 cup-red kidney beans
  • 1- big Onion
  • 1- tomato{big}
  • 4-5 cloves-garlic
  • ginger-
  • 1 tsp-somph
  • 1-2-cloves
  • 1 inch-cinnamon
  • 1 tsp- red chilly powder
  • How to Make Plain Rajma:

    1. First soak red kidney beans over night, and cook that with little salt.
    2. Cut tomato and onion.
    3. Take 1/2 onion along with other ingredients fry them in a pan with 1 tsp of oil for 3 min, add red chilly powder.
    4. Allow them to cool and grind them to a paste.
    5. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil, fry cumin then add the ground paste for some time.
    6. Now add cooked red kidney beans and salt.
    7. Cook them for 10 or 15 min in sim so the raw smell of the onion will disappear.
