Ingredients

  • Rava - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1.5 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 cups
  • Sour Curd - 1.5 cup
  • Green chillies - 6
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Salt
  • How to Make Plain Rava Dosa:

    1. Add rava, maida, rice flour, salt with butter milk and mix well.
    2. Grind green chillies with water and add it to the above.
    3. Add coriander leaves.
    4. Add water to dosa consistency.
    5. Let it stay for 1 hour
    6. Heat a non stick pan on a medium flame.
    7. Take a big spoon full of batter of the dosa and spread it on the pan evenly.
    8. Spread a spoon of ghee/oil over the dosa.
    9. Serve.
