Ingredients

  • 2 cup - sooji
  • 10-15 Cashewnuts
  • 2 tbsps - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 10-12 - Kismis
  • 4-5 - elaichis
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • How to Make Plain Rawa Laddu:

    1. Fry the sooji in a pan until it is half fried. Remove and keep aside.
    2. Fry khaju and kismis in ghee.
    3. Add all these to the sooji along with 1 cup of milk and sugar.
    4. Mix well and shape laddus from it.
