Ingredients

  • Cooked Rice - 1 cup
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli paste - 2 tsps
  • Maida - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves - a little
  • Carrot - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Plain Rice Cheese Balls:

    1. Mash the cooked rice.
    2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
    3. Make into small balls.
    4. Deep fry in hot oil.
