  • 1 - lime.
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How to Make Plain Roast Chicken

  • Rub the chicken with salt, pepper and lime juice. Keep in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Heat oil and fry lightly. Roast by sprinkling hot water now and then.
  • This prevents the chicken from sticking to the bottom of the pan or bake in moderate oven till done.
