Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 cup - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup - flaked salmon, cooked
  • 2 - hard boiled egg, mashed
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - carrot, chopped finely
  • 5 - French beans, chopped finely
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup - celery, chopped finely
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - Basil powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Plain Salmon Vegetable Dip

  • Boil French beans and carrots till cooked.
  • Blend the mayonnaise, milk, sour cream and cream cheese well.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate for 7-8 hours.
  • Serve with chips or toasted bread.
