Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 cup - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup - flaked salmon, cooked
  • 2 - hard boiled egg, mashed
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - carrot, chopped finely
  • 5 - French beans, chopped finely
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup - celery, chopped finely
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - Basil powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Plain Salmon Vegetable Dip:

    1. Boil French beans and carrots till cooked.
    2. Blend the mayonnaise, milk, sour cream and cream cheese well.
    3. Mix all the ingredients together.
    4. Refrigerate for 7-8 hours.
    5. Serve with chips or toasted bread.
