How to Make Plain Special beef fry

  • Clean and wash the beef. Place it in a pressure cooker.
  • Add the powders, fennel and garlic to the beef. Mix well.
  • Add enough water, salt and cook.
  • Open the lid and if excess water is left, cook till it evaporates.
  • Remove it in a wok and fry continuously, adding enough oil till oil clears out.
  • Garnish with chopped fried coconut.
