Ingredients

  • 1 - Plantain stem.
  • 1 - green chilli.
  • 2 tsp - ground coconut.
  • 1 cup - curd.
  • A little oil.
  • Mustard seeds, to temper.
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Plantain stem pachadi:

    1. Cut the plantain stem into small pieces.
    2. Grind with green chilli and some ground coconut. Add curd and salt to taste.
    3. Heat oil in a small pan; add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
    4. Once mustard crackles, add to curd mixture.
    5. Serve with sambar rice, tomato rice, tamarind rice or pulav.
