Ingredients

  • Plums - 250 gm
  • Papaya - 2 cups, peeled and cubed
  • Sugar substitute - 4 tbsp
  • low fat yogurt / curds - 2 cups
  • low fat Cream cheese - 150 gm
  • grated Orange rind - 3 tsp

How to Make

  • Peel the plums, split into halves and remove the stone.
  • Combine them with papaya.
  • Toss with 1 Tbsp of sugar substitute and place in the refrigerator.
  • Line a strainer with a thin cloth and pour yogurt or curd in it.
  • Leave to drain till it is reduced to 1 cup.
  • Beat cream cheese with the thick yogurt and the remaining sugar substitute.
  • Stir in 2 tsp of orange rind.
  • Divide the fruit mixture between four individual pudding bowls.
  • Top with cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle remaining orange rind on top.
  • Serve chilled.
