Ingredients

  • 3- inch Cantaloupe, cut lengthwise
  • Thin Poha - 1 cup
  • Powdered Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  • (Brown Sugar can be used in place of Jaggery)
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Cardamom - 2 pods.

How to Make Poha in Mashed Cantaloupe

  • Cut cantaloupe into 1-inch cubes in a large bowl.
  • Add poha into the bowl and mash the cantaloupe with your hand until the cantaloupe is completely mashed and the poha is soaked.
  • Now add the jaggery and powdered cardamom. Mix well.
