Ingredients

  • 1 - pomegranate, cleaned
  • 1/2 - green cabbage, shredded and chilled
  • 1 - orange, segmented, deseeded, peeled
  • 4 to 5 - Mint leaves chopped roughly
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped roughly
  • 1 tbsp - eggless mayonnaise
  • 1 flake - garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp - panch phoran mixture
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - sugar, powdered
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Pomegranate Cabbage Orange Salad

  • Toss all ingredients, together in a large salad bowl.
  • Make sure to add mayonnaise etc. evenly over contents.
  • Toss lightly with a wooden fork or spatula. Serve cold.
