Ingredients

  • 1 - pomegranate, cleaned.
  • 1 - apple, chopped.
  • 1 - banana, chopped.
  • 1/2 ripe guava, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - walnuts, broken.
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala.
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder.
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice.
  • 2 tbsp - sugar, powdered.
  • 4 to 5 drop - white vinegar.
  • 1 tsp - fresh Basil leaves, chopped finely.
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Pomegranate Fruit Chaat:

    1. Chop apple and banana. Sprinkle lemon juice, salt and vinegar over them.
    2. Put all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
    3. Add seasoned apple and banana to it.
    4. Toss till flavours are well blended.
    5. Serve cold.
