Ingredients

  • 5 cups - popcorns
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Popcorn Chikki:

    1. Make popcorn in a microwave or on stove and allow it to cool.
    2. Crush it coarsely. Measure and take 5 cups of crushed popcorn
    3. Place a heavy bottom large kadai over fire and heat sugar with ghee on medium fire.
    4. When sugar is melts completely, switch off the stove and immediately mix the popcorn to it.
    5. Pour over a greased plate and level the top quickly by patting it with back of a flat plate.
    6. Cut into squares after 2 mins. Store in air tight containers
