Ingredients

  • 5 cups - popcorns
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp

How to Make Popcorn Chikki

  • Make popcorn in a microwave or on stove and allow it to cool.
  • Crush it coarsely. Measure and take 5 cups of crushed popcorn
  • Place a heavy bottom large kadai over fire and heat sugar with ghee on medium fire.
  • When sugar is melts completely, switch off the stove and immediately mix the popcorn to it.
  • Pour over a greased plate and level the top quickly by patting it with back of a flat plate.
  • Cut into squares after 2 mins. Store in air tight containers
