Ingredients

  • 1 kg - pork.
  • 3 tsps - turmeric.
  • Salt.
  • 4 tbsp - Tomato sauce.
  • 4 tbsp - Green chilli sauce.
  • 2 capsicums, cubed and fried| To mince:
  • 2 - onions.
  • 12 - green chillies.
  • 1 - tomato.
  • 1 inch - ginger.
  • 2 pods - garlic.
  • How to Make Pork chilli:

    1. Marinate the pork with turmeric and salt for 15 mins.
    2. Then fry the pork pieces and keep aside.
    3. Fry the minced ingredients well.
    4. Then add tomato sauce and green chilli sauce. Add salt if required.
    5. Garnish with 2 fried capsicums.
