Ingredients

  • 1 kg - pork.
  • 3 tsps - turmeric.
  • Salt.
  • 4 tbsp - tomato sauce.
  • 4 tbsp - green chilli sauce.
  • 2 capsicums, cubed and fried| To mince:
  • 2 - onions.
  • 12 - green chillies.
  • 1 - tomato.
  • 1 inch - ginger.
  • 2 pods - garlic.

How to Make Pork chilli

  • Marinate the pork with turmeric and salt for 15 mins.
  • Then fry the pork pieces and keep aside.
  • Fry the minced ingredients well.
  • Then add tomato sauce and green chilli sauce. Add salt if required.
  • Garnish with 2 fried capsicums.
