  • 1kg - tender pork, cut into cubes.
  • 2 - green chillies, sliced.
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 3 tsp - pepper powder.
  • salt.
  • How to Make Pork pepper fry:

    1. Cook the pork with a little salt and pinch of turmeric in sufficient water till it is tender.
    2. Strain the soup and keep it aside.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and green chillies till they are slightly brown in colour.
    4. Add the cooked pork, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry for a few minutes.
    5. Add the leftover soup and mix it well.
    6. Simmer on low heat till it is almost dry and dark in colour.
