Ingredients

  • 1kg - tender pork, cut into cubes.
  • 2 - green chillies, sliced.
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely.
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder.
  • 3 tsp - pepper powder.
  • salt.

How to Make Pork pepper fry

  • Cook the pork with a little salt and pinch of turmeric in sufficient water till it is tender.
  • Strain the soup and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and green chillies till they are slightly brown in colour.
  • Add the cooked pork, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the leftover soup and mix it well.
  • Simmer on low heat till it is almost dry and dark in colour.
