Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - Flour, wheat
  • 50 g - Jaggery
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Ragi/Nathno powder
  • 1- Pinch of salt
  • 1.5 cup - Water.

How to Make Porridge: Gov-Nathno

  • Combine 1 heaped tbsp of Nathno (Ragi) powder, 1 tbsp of wheat flour, a pinch of salt, jaggery to taste, and 2 cups of water in a bowl.
  • Now let it cook, add milk and boil until it reaches the desired consistency.
