  • Raw Wheat - 1/2 kg
  • Boiled Rice - 1 tumbler
  • Moong dal - 1 tumbler
  • Pottu Kadalai - 1 tumbler
  • Groundnut - 1/2 tumbler
  • Almonds - 1/2 tumbler
  • Barley - 1/2 tumbler
  • Sago - 1/2 tumbler

How to Make Porridge (Kanji)

  • First fry the above ingredients and then keep it aside.
  • Grind these ingredients into powder
  • Whenever you want to use it, you can boil the milk and mix this powder with some sugar
