Ingredients

  • Raw Wheat - 1/2 kg
  • Boiled Rice - 1 tumbler
  • Moong dal - 1 tumbler
  • Pottu Kadalai - 1 tumbler
  • Groundnut - 1/2 tumbler
  • Almonds - 1/2 tumbler
  • Barley - 1/2 tumbler
  • Sago - 1/2 tumbler
  • How to Make Porridge (Kanji):

    1. First fry the above ingredients and then keep it aside.
    2. Grind these ingredients into powder
    3. Whenever you want to use it, you can boil the milk and mix this powder with some sugar
