  • Cream style corn- 1 tin or 2 cups cooked corn.
  • Boiled potatoes- 4.
  • Finely chopped onions- 3.
  • Finely chopped green chillies- 2 to 3.
  • Grated cooking cheese- 2 to 4 cubes.
  • Milk with cream- 3/4 teacup.
  • Butter- 2 tbsp.
  • Capsicum- 2 (optional).
  • pepper powder- 1 tsp.
  • How to Make Potato and Corn Bake:

    1. Beat corn and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
    2. Heat butter and fry the onions till soft.
    3. Add green chillies, potatoes, corn, cheese (3 cubes).
    4. Mix well and remove from gas.
    5. Grease a baking dish, spread the mixture into it and pour milk over them.
    6. Beat cream and add little salt and pepper to it.
    7. Spread it over the mixture. Cover it with remaining cheese and dot it with butter.
    8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 450 F for 20 minutes and serve hot.
