Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed Potatoes
  • 1 large loaf of bread
  • 1 cup boiled Corn
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp. finely cut Mint and coriander laves
  • 4 nos. finely chopped Green chillies
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Potato and Corn Rolls

  • Mix potatoes, corn, salt, lemon juice, mint, coriander and chillies well together.
  • Dip bread slices in salted water, squeeze out water and form into balls after filling potato mixture in the centre.
  • Fry in hot oil till brown.
