Heat enough oil, let crack the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, add immediately the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, curry leaves, saute everything until the onions turn translucent, add the fresh lilva beans along with potato cubes, saute for few minutes with coriander powder, chilli powder and amchur powder with salt, cook everything in simmer for few minutes, finally sprinkle some water, cook everything in medium flame until the vegetables get well cooked.
Serve along with curd rice.
