Ingredients

  • 4-5 - potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup - chopped red Onions
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Celery
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - sesame seeds
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Potato Egg Salad

  • Chop the potatoes into small cubes.
  • Coarsely chop eggs.
  • In a bowl mix mayonnaise, onion, celery, vinegar, salt and sesame seeds.
  • Add chopped potatoes and eggs.
  • Toss well.
  • Chill for 1 hour and serve.
