Ingredients

  • 4-5 - potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup - chopped red Onions
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Celery
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - sesame seeds
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Potato Egg Salad:

    1. Chop the potatoes into small cubes.
    2. Coarsely chop eggs.
    3. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, onion, celery, vinegar, salt and sesame seeds.
    4. Add chopped potatoes and eggs.
    5. Toss well.
    6. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
