Ingredients

  • 1 kg - boiled potatoes.
  • 1/2 kg - peas (matar).
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped.
  • salt.
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric paste.
  • 2 tsp - goda.
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs powder.
  • oil for frying|
  • How to Make Potato Pattice:

    1. Mash boiled potatoes and make a dough by adding a little salt. Keep aside.
    2. Heat oil in pan, add onions and fry till translucent. Add matar, stir, and then add turmeric and chilli powders.
    3. Add 2 tsp goda masala (kala masala), salt and steam for 10 mins. After bhaji is ready, allow to cool.
    4. Make a little disc with a ball of potato dough, add some filling, cover it well, then roll in bread crumbs.
    5. Fry in oil till golden brown. Serve with sauce.
