Ingredients

  • 4-5 big Potatoes
  • 200 g - Cottage Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 50 g - Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard powder
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Tomato Sauce
  • Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp butter

How to Make Potato Sandwich

  • Half cook the potatoes, peel and cut into 2-3 cm long slices.
  • In a non-stick pan, melt butter.
  • When the pan is a little hot, fry potatoes to golden brown taking care to ensure that they don't break.
  • Filling:
  • Grate cheese. Beat cream lightly.
  • Thinly cut the cabbage after washing.
  • Now, add cheese to the already beaten cream. Mix salt and pepper, mustard powder sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Now on each potato slice, put some cut cabbage and a spoon of this mixture.
  • Place another fried potato slice on the top.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
