Ingredients

  • 3 - potato.
  • 3 - tomato.
  • 2 - onion.
  • 2 - green chillies.
  • 2 - glove.
  • 2 - elachi.
  • 1/2 tbsp - chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tbsp - garam masala.
  • 4 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Potato Tikka

  • Grind onion, chilli, glove, ginger and elaichi. Then separately grind tomato, jeera and mustard. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat it.
  • Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Pour into oil, fry until it becomes golden colour.
  • Then pour into fry pan.
  • Fry for 5 mins.
  • Add chilli powder and coriander powder. Add garam masala, pour a little water.
  • After it becomes a little thick, add cubes of potato, salt and leave it open for 5 mins.
  • Then close the lid of the fry pan for 15 mins in low flame.
  • Now potato tikka is ready.
