  • How to Make Potatoes in Peanut:

    1. Boil the potatoes. Mash a few pieces. Cut the remaining into small cubes.
    2. In a kadai, put a little oil and keep on a medium flame.
    3. When it gets hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
    4. When mustard seeds splutter, add the curry leaves, ginger and the green chillies.
    5. After the chillies are fried, add the finely chopped peanuts in the oil.
    6. Fry for some time and don't let the peanuts burn.
    7. After this, add the potatoes in.
    8. Mix the peanut and the potatoes well.
    9. If the oil is less, then add some more.
    10. After this, add the dhania powder, mirchi powder and salt to the mixture.
    11. Add a little water and let the mixture cook for about 3 mins.
    12. After this, add the chopped coriander.
    13. Cook for about 2-3 mins more, till the water evaporates.
    14. Serve it hot with rotis and curd (yogurt).
