Ingredients

  • 4 - Large Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup - Shelled peas
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee or refined oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Freshly ground pepper
  • How to Make Potatoes with Pepper:

    1. Pressure cook the potatoes and peas together for 5 mins. Strain.
    2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
    3. Heat the ghee or oil in a karahi or skillet, preferably a non stick one. Add the potatoes and peas; stir fry for 5 mins. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and remove.
    4. Serve hot.
    5. You may serve with a little lime juice and 1 tsp of butter sprinkled all over.
