  • 1 cup - Pottu kadalai
  • 3-4 - Red Chillies depends on the spicy level
  • 6-8 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Pottukadalai Poondu Podi

  • Add oil to kadai, roast pottukadalai for 3mins.
  • Add the rest and saute till slightly brown.
  • Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
  • Grind to a slightly coarse powder.
  • Add salt to taste and serve with rice.
