  • 1 cup - Pottu kadalai
  • 3-4 - Red Chillies depends on the spicy level
  • 6-8 Cloves Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Pottukadalai Poondu Podi:

    1. Add oil to kadai, roast pottukadalai for 3mins.
    2. Add the rest and saute till slightly brown.
    3. Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
    4. Grind to a slightly coarse powder.
    5. Add salt to taste and serve with rice.
