Ingredients

  • Butter - 1/2 cup.
  • Packed Brown sugar - 1.5 cups.
  • Egg - 1.
  • Flour - 1.5 cups.
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp.
  • Chopped Pecans - 1 cup.
  • How to Make Praline Easter Cookies:

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Cream butter, sugar and egg together.
    3. Stir in flour, vanilla and pecans.
    4. Mix well by hand.
    5. Shape into balls about the size of walnuts.
    6. Place on cookie sheets and flatten to about 1/8 inch thick.
    7. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until brown.
    8. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
