How to Make Prawn and Green Mango Curry

  • Boil prawns and green mangoes with one and a half cup of water and salt till prawns are cooked.
  • Grind all the ingredients from red chillies to coconut to a smooth paste.
  • Heat the oil. Add curry leaves. Add ground paste and fry till it browns
  • Add prawns and saute till cooked
  • Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
