Ingredients

  • cleaned jumbo Prawns - 25
  • green Mango pieces - 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Red Chillies - 8 to 10
  • black pepper Corns - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic - 6 flakes
  • Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Coconut - 2 cup
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • How to Make Prawn and Green Mango Curry:

    1. Boil prawns and green mangoes with one and a half cup of water and salt till prawns are cooked.
    2. Grind all the ingredients from red chillies to coconut to a smooth paste.
    3. Heat the oil. Add curry leaves. Add ground paste and fry till it browns
    4. Add prawns and saute till cooked
    5. Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
