Ingredients

  • Prawns - 1/2 kg.
  • Egg - 1.
  • Onion - 1.
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece.
  • Curd - 100 g.
  • Red Chilli powder as per taste.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Garam Masala powder (fresh) - 1 tsp.
  • Bread crumb - 1 cup.
  • oil for frying.
  • How to Make Prawn Cutlet:

    1. Clean the prawns and slit them in length.
    2. Prepare a paste of onion and ginger.
    3. Add garam masala, curd, salt, haldi and chilli powder.
    4. Apply the paste on the prawns and keep aside for about half an hour.
    5. Beat the egg and add salt.
    6. Heat oil in a pan.
    7. Dip the prawns in the egg, apply some bread crumb and fry.
    8. Serve the prawn cutlets with sauce or salad.
