How to Make Prawn in Garlic Sauce

  • Chop the onion and fry for 1 min. in 1 tbsp. olive oil.
  • Stir in the garlic and fry for a further min.
  • Add the prawns and fry for 2-3 mins. until cooked.
  • Add the cayenne pepper, crushed garlic paste and cream.
  • Mix and let simmer for 3 mins.
  • Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and serve with the sauce, garnish with grated lemon rind and chopped parsley.
