Ingredients

  • 1 kg - medium sized Prawns cleaned and de-veined.
  • 2 tsp - fresh ground pepper powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1 tbsp - chopped garlic.
  • 2 -onions chopped.
  • Salt.
  • 4 tbsp - oil.
  • How to Make Prawn pepper Fry:

    1. Wash and de-vein the prawns and marinate it with the pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
    2. Heat the oil in a large pan, saute the onions and chopped garlic for a few minutes.
    3. Add the marinated prawns and mix well.
    4. Add a little water and cook on low heat till the prawns are cooked.
    5. Keep frying till all the water dries up.
    6. Serve with bread or rice.
