How to Make Prawns and mixed veg kofta

  • Boil prawns and mince.
  • Add the chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, fish masala, coriander leaves and corn flower and knead into a dough.
  • Form round balls with this dough, roll on the bread crumbs and deep fry the kofta balls in hot oil.
  • To make the curry, fry the potato cubes.
  • In a pan, heat oil and add bay leaf, cinnamon and cardamom.
  • Add ginger paste, onion, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, turmeric and cumin powder and fry till fragrant.
  • Add water, fried potatoes and salt and cook till the potatoes get the desired consistency.
  • Add the kofta balls a minute or two before removing from the heat.
  • Serve hot with rotis or rice.
