How to Make Prawns and tuna in garlic sauce

  • Chop the onion and fry for 1 minute in one tbsp olive oil.
  • Stir in the garlic and fry for a further minute.
  • Add the prawns and fry for 2-3 minutes, until cooked.
  • Add the cayenne pepper, extra garlic, cream and tuna.
  • Mix and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and serve with the sauce.
  • Garnish with grated lemon rind and chopped parsley.
