Ingredients

  • 250 g - Cauliflower
  • 20 - Prawns, medium
  • 3 - Onions, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 - Green chillies, deseeded
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
  • 4 cups - Coconut milk
  • 4 tsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Coriander for garnish.

How to Make Prawns, Cauliflower in Coconut Milk

  • Heat oil in a flat pan. Add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
  • Next, add tomatoes and saute.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger- garlic paste and cook till oil separates.
  • Add cauliflower, saute a bit. Add prawns and salt. Stir well.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook till prawns are half cooked.
  • Add coconut milk and garam masala powder and green chillies.
  • Cook till gravy thickens. Garnish with green coriander.
  • Serve with boiled rice or rotis.
