Ingredients

  • 500 g - prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp - green chilly sauce
  • 2 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tsp- vinegar
  • 1 tsp - barbeque sauce (optional)
  • 2 tsp - corn flour
  • 2 finely chopped, onions
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped garlic
  • 3 green chillies, split
  • 2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1-2 tsp - ginger garlic paste

How to Make Prawns in soya chilli sauce

  • In a bowl, marinate prawns along with green chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, barbeque sauce, black pepper powder, soy sauce and vinegar for about 30 mins.
  • In a wok heat oil, add split green chillies and garlic, let them splutter.
  • Add onions and fry till they turn pink.
  • Add prawns and the marinade and cook until done.
  • Serve with pad Thai noodles or steamed rice.
