Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch - fresh Pudina leaves.
  • 3 - onions, finely chopped.
  • 250 g - paneer.
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 3/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder.
  • 3/4 tsp - garam masala.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 4 tsp - oil.
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped.

How to Make Pudina Paneer

  • Cut the tomatoes into 4 big pieces. Remove the pulp.
  • Chop into tiny pieces. Keep the pulp aside.
  • Cut paneer into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • Heat oil. Add onions and fry.
  • Add tomato pulp and cook for 1-2 mins till pulp is dry.
  • Add paneer, finely chopped pudina, turmeric, chilli powder, tomato pieces and garam masala.
  • Cook for 2 mins.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
