Clean rice and cook it. Grind pudina leaves, garlic, ginger and chillies into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and onion, fry till golden brown.
Add pudina paste and rice mix well.
Serve hot with sauce garnished with coriander.
