Ingredients

  • 2 cups - puffed rice.
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped.
  • 2 tbsp - groundnuts.
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • Curry leaves.
  • 2 - garlic, crushed.
  • 4 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Puffed rice Snack

  • Pour oil in a kadai and add groundnuts, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves.
  • Saute for 1 minute and add salt and turmeric powder.
  • Later, add puffed rice and saute for 3 mins or till it becomes crisp.
  • Remove from flame and serve with chopped onions sprinkled over.
