  • 1 cup - whole Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - Barley flour
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup - Pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • How to Make Pumpkin Barley Waffle:

    1. Preheat the waffle maker.
    2. Sieve together the flour and baking powder. Beat together the eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, oil and milk. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients to make a batter.
    3. Pour a ladle of batter to the waffle maker until cooked.
    4. Serve with a cup of warm milk, with nutella spread ,jam or simply with maple agave syrup.
