  • 500 g - yellow Pumpkin
  • 1/2 litre - Milk
  • 250 g - Sugar
  • 100 g - khoya
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • dry fruits
  • Cardamom to taste
  • How to Make Pumpkin Khoya Halwa:

    1. Peel the pumpkin and grate it or grind it. Fry the grated pumpkin in half tbsp ghee for 2 -3 minutes.
    2. Mix boiled milk in it and cook till it is tender and the milk has been absorbed by the pumpkin. Keep stirring.
    3. Take 1/2 tbsp ghee and fry the khoya in it till it leaves oil.
    4. Mix the khoya and sugar into the pumpkin mixture and keep stirring till the desired consistency (about 5 minutes on low flame).
    5. Pour out into a serving dish and decorate with dry fruits.
    6. It can be served both hot and cold.
