How to Make Pumpkin Khoya Halwa

  • Peel the pumpkin and grate it or grind it. Fry the grated pumpkin in half tbsp ghee for 2 -3 minutes.
  • Mix boiled milk in it and cook till it is tender and the milk has been absorbed by the pumpkin. Keep stirring.
  • Take 1/2 tbsp ghee and fry the khoya in it till it leaves oil.
  • Mix the khoya and sugar into the pumpkin mixture and keep stirring till the desired consistency (about 5 minutes on low flame).
  • Pour out into a serving dish and decorate with dry fruits.
  • It can be served both hot and cold.
