Ingredients

  • 100 gm - Pumpkin diced
  • 25 gm - Onion chopped
  • 25 gm - Celery chopped
  • 2 gm - Spring onion chopped
  • 300 ml - vegetable stalk
  • 100 gm - pasta/macaroni
  • Olive oil as needed
  • Seasoning as needed
  • How to Make Pumpkin Pasta Soup:

    1. In a pan pour olive oil and saut1.5 chopped onions till translucent.
    2. Add pumpkin, spring onion celery and stir well. Add vegetable stalkand seasoning.
    3. Add pasta/macaroni in the soup while it is boiling.
    4. Once done serve:
    5. You can add a few chilly flakes for a tangy taste, this soup is loaded with an important anti-oxidant beta carotene which aids overall health.
